Dr Samintharaj Kumar spearheads the Nuffield Dental Leadership Team as both the Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

His background includes working experience in both hospitals and private practice both in the United Kingdom and Singapore. Being both qualified in Medicine and Dentistry with a Masters in Business Administration gives him a particular insight into leadership and entrepreneurship in the healthcare landscape. He is very passionate about training and lecturing and frequently provides mentorship for dentists.

As a serial entrepreneur, Dr Kumar is well known for his ability to develop new projects and create new alliances within the healthcare space and beyond. He is also a highly regarded speaker and is a Key Opinion Leader for a few commercial organizations.

In 2019, he was conferred as a Fellow to the International College of Dentists. In 2020, he was elected as Council Member to the Singapore Dental Association.

Dr Kumar works at Nuffield Dental as a practicing general dental surgeon focussing primarily in All on 4/ Teeth in a Day, Zygomatic Implants, Ceramic Dental Implantology, Oral Surgery, Aesthetic full mouth reconstruction.

Chen ZiAng is an accomplished technology executive with a remarkable track record of innovation in the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technologies. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Nuffield Medical, ZiAng is set to bring a wealth of experience and expertise to drive transformative change in the healthcare industry by spearheading all such projects undertaken by his organisation.

ZiAng has taken the lead on an Artificial Intelligence project aimed to improve on existing deficiencies in dentistry that are typically subject to human error. He played a crucial role in the development of advanced computer vision systems for dental diagnostics, leveraging machine learning algorithms to improve the accuracy and efficiency of dental diagnosis. His team has enhanced the capabilities of their system significantly, enabling dentists to provide more precise treatment plans, cut financial loss and most importantly, better patient outcomes.

He is currently the Singaporean representative of a blockchain healthcare startup which has a global reach. Recognising its transformative potential in healthcare, he spearheaded a blockchain project which utilises decentralized systems to ensure secure data sharing, patient consent management, and supply chain traceability in dental settings. Through this model, ZiAng aims to revolutionize the way dental companies manage sensitive patient information and collaborate with stakeholders. The Nuffield patient app on mobile devices is also under his current remit.

ZiAng envisions a world where AI and blockchain seamlessly integrate into medical practice and as such, he is deeply committed to bring Nuffield Medical to the forefront of medical technology.

Dr Lin graduated from University of Sheffield (UK) in 1997. He practiced in UK for 2 years before relocating back to Singapore. He has been practicing Family Medicine for nearly 20 years, seeing both local and expatriate patients. He has completed the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and is a member of the College of Family Physicians in Singapore. He also holds a Masters in Biomedical Science (Australia). Dr Lin is accredited by the Public Guardian as a legally qualified medical practitioner to issue Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Certificates.

Dr Lin is experienced in various aspects of Family Medicine including health screening, care of chronic conditions, men’s health, paediatrics, travel medicine, minor surgery and treating young children and babies.

In addition, Dr Lin is especially experienced in managing patients with sexually transmitted diseases.
